Sales, delivery and refunds
Delivery
The service is digital, with no physical product or shipping. As soon as PayTR confirms the payment, the membership or credits are applied to your account automatically and are ready to use.
Payment
Payments are taken by credit or debit card through PayTR's secure payment infrastructure with 3D Secure. Vepora does not store your card details. An e-invoice is issued for every payment.
Cancellation and refunds
Because the service is delivered immediately upon payment confirmation, there is no statutory right of withdrawal. For memberships, the full amount is refunded on written request within 14 days of payment if no credits have been used. Duplicate or incorrect charges are refunded within 3 business days of the request. Refunds are made through PayTR to the card used for payment.
